VISION
The library supports the academic program of SBHS e library in imparting and promoting among its students knowledge and understanding by providing access to the sources of information necessary for its programs.
MISSION
Using its allocated resources to the fullest, the e - library provides most of the services available in any modern public library in Quezon City, through well equipped and safe facilities that encourage study and learning, develops access to electronic resources on the internet.
A GLIMPS OF E-LIBRARY
Tracing the brief history of San Bartolome High School it was Then 1990-2004, where Ms. Elaine Javier officer in charge (OIC) of the library, after which it was year 2006. Ms Carol Casin delegated as the new SB e - librarian, the present status of SB e- librarians headed by Mrs. Cynthia E. Gongora as the school librarian and Ms. Lilibeth P. Boniao as the e-librarian.
On of the primordial thrust of the City Government headed by Mayor Sonny Belmonte in collaboration with the Department of City Schools, Quezon City spearheaded by Dr. Melinda H.Polita that all libraries in Quezon City should be electronically interconnected to the present global perspective. It was on August 1, 2006 the landmark begun to kick off in SBHS to have a new e-library where new facilities like modern advance books, installation of CD rom's and 10 units of computers. The like are timely needed & utilized by the 457 hardworking faculty / staff and 6,100 students of San Bartolome High School.
The SB e- library received 436 new books and 61 CD Rom's. The are 5.500 estimated collections of books which are properly classified cataloged & arranged according to standard procedure of DDC. Likewise color coding of books was done preferably to ensure logical arrangements.
The improvement of SB e -library has tremendously leaped to its greater access to information technology where CD Rom's are available for comprehensive research, availability of Cd's like: English , Mathematics, Science, Literature and History are very open to those students who wants to conduct research studies for the advancement of their knowledge & skills.
